TOM is a property analysis tool run by APMTV LLC. This policy explains exactly what it collects, why, and who else sees it. It is deliberately short, because TOM collects very little.

| Property addresses you analyse | To count usage against your monthly allowance, and so an address you have already run stays free to reopen. Kept for about three months, then deleted. |
| Your subscription status | Identifiers from Stripe telling us whether your access is current. |
| Rental income you tell us | Only if you type in what a property actually earned. We keep the address, that figure, and what the market data predicted — which is how the projections get more accurate over time. It is stored against the property, not against your account, and is never shown to other subscribers. |
| The date you last signed in | For support, and to spot accounts nobody is using. |
| How you found us | If you arrive through a link tagged with a source (for example a video description), we remember that tag on your account so we know which links bring subscribers. It is stored once, never shared, and never follows you anywhere else. |
Running TOM needs a small number of other services. Each one gets only what it needs to do its job:

| Render | Hosts the service, so your data sits on their servers in the United States. |
| YouTube | The home page embeds videos in privacy-enhanced mode. YouTube receives your IP address and browser details when the page loads them, and more if you press play. Nothing you do in the analysis tool is ever sent to YouTube. |
We do not sell your information to anyone, for any purpose.
Your account details are kept while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back. The record of which addresses you analysed is kept for about three months, then deleted automatically.
Email admin@asktomfirst.com and ask. We will delete your account and everything attached to it. You do not have to give a reason. Cancelling your subscription in Stripe stops the billing but does not by itself delete your record, so tell us if you want it gone.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email the address above. If you are in California, the EU, or the UK, you have these rights in law; we extend them to everybody regardless of where you live, because keeping two standards would be sillier than keeping one.
The site is served only over HTTPS. Sign-in links are single-use and expire in 15 minutes. Sign-in cookies are signed so they cannot be forged or read by scripts in your browser. No passwords are stored, because there are none.
TOM is a tool for property investors and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will change the date at the top and, for anything significant, email subscribers directly.
